Senior Women's Program

Heatherdale Cricket Club has been supremely committed to creating a pathway for female cricket in the eastern region of Melbourne, where for 9 seasons now, and going onto our 10th, we have delivered an opportunity for female cricketers to enjoy the game of cricket.  For the last 2 seasons we fielded 4 junior girls teams and 2 senior women team.

Our plans for Season 2026-27 our plans are to:

     - Field 4 or 5 junior girls teams (see Juniors page)

     - Field 2 senior female teams

Our senior female cricket team plays on Sunday afternoons.

In 2026/27 our Senior Womens program will be led by a number of Heatherdale alumni, supported by last season's Captain Hailey Ferris, and will include an historic milestone with the appointment of our first overseas player.

Registrations are currently open for Season 2026-27 and players will receive an early bird discount for registering with Heatherdale before 10 September 2026. So if you want to be a part of all the action register online here
