WE ARE BACK!!!

I hope everyone has had a pleasant break as it is now time to update everyone on upcoming events and areas that help is required by the club.

SEASON LAUNCH: Friday 3rd July at the club rooms from 6.30pm onwards, all welcome Pizza and refreshments available on the night at reasonable prices. A full picture of the HCC pre-season plan will be available on the night.

PRESEASON TRAINING: 1st and 2nd XI squads start training every Monday night from 6 July at
Topline Sports from 7:45pm til 9pm.

The remainder of HCC will be invited to train indoors on Mondays from 3
August from 7:45pm til 9pm.

The last indoor session will be Monday, 14 September.

NEWS: The new Pavillion at Simpsons is almost complete and looks tremendous, a far cry from what we are used to.

The extension of the existing concrete areas at the front and side of the pavillion are scheduled to be completed by August of this year.

The heating/cooling installed in the club rooms has already proved to be money well spent.

JUNIORS: Once again Junior Registration Day will be Fathers Day Sunday 6th September from 10.00am onwards. Clothing has already been purchased by the club for sale on the day.

HELP REQUIRED:

Heatherdale is desperately in need of at least 4 volunteers to co-ordinate and run this year's Milo Have A Go program, this is designed for Kids from 5 years to 9 years and is a valuable introduction to our game of cricket. Without this our Junior ranks would diminish at a rapid rate and all of the hard work that we have done over the past 10 years would have been for nothing.

The sessions run for 1 hour over approx 14 weeks, if anyone is interested please contact Tom Anderson on 0434 041 553 as soon as possible.
